My stay at Sol Duc Hot Springs Resort had its ups and downs. I appreciated the rustic charm of the surrounding area and the accessibility of the hot springs, but the accommodations left much to be desired—old, outdated, and not very clean. While the hot springs provided a unique experience, limited food options and the noise from housekeeping made my stay less enjoyable than I had hoped.

The suite was spacious with several bedrooms, but definitely in need of upkeep. Despite being able to sleep multiple people, it lacked basic amenities like a coffee maker and was quite loud due to the housekeeping staff.
Service

The staff did their best to be helpful, but the limited resources and operating hours made things cumbersome. I found it frustrating that I had to request items like kitchenware ahead of time.

The resort is nestled in beautiful nature, with access to scenic hiking trails and a river nearby, perfect for relaxing walks. The natural wildlife, including deer, added to the experience.
Dining

Dining options were quite limited and not appealing, forcing me to drive to Port Angeles for meals. The restaurant's food was mediocre and the atmosphere was far from tranquil.
Facilities

The hot springs were a highlight, but they felt overly crowded with too many guests allowed at once. The cleanliness of the locker rooms could also be improved significantly.

My stay at Sol Duc Hot Springs Resort had its ups and downs. While the hot springs were a rejuvenating experience, the accommodations left much to be desired, particularly in terms of cleanliness and basic amenities. The scenic hikes nearby, especially to Sol Duc Falls, were a major highlight of the trip. Overall, the resort has potential, but improvements in maintenance and customer care are desperately needed.

I stayed in a riverside suite that was surprisingly lacking in basic amenities like air conditioning, TV, and adequate kitchen supplies. The space was spacious, but also quite tired and noisy due to housekeeping starting their day early. Despite some roominess, it felt outdated and not well maintained.
Service

The staff I encountered were friendly and accommodating. However, I felt that the front desk staff could have been more responsive to cleanliness issues I reported during my stay.

The location is amazing, surrounded by beautiful natural scenery and excellent hiking trails. Access to Sol Duc Falls was particularly nice, making it great for those wanting to connect with nature.
Dining

Dining at the resort was a relief, offering decent meals like burgers and fish and chips. It was especially nice since dining options are limited in the area. The coffee served was quite enjoyable, too.

The hot spring pools were a major draw and very relaxing, but I found the cleanliness could have been better. Additionally, the lack of basic kitchen items and the ongoing noise from housekeeping detracted from the overall experience.

I recently stayed at Sol Duc Hot Springs Resort and found it to be a mixed experience. The rustic, woodsy charm reminded me of a nice campground, but the accommodations felt quite dated. While the hot springs were relaxing in the mornings, the cleanliness left something to be desired, especially at peak times. Overall, it was a decent experience for a nature retreat, though not enough to entice me back. 🌲💦

My stay at Sol Duc Hot Springs Resort was a mix of enjoyable hikes and some challenging aspects in terms of accommodations. While I loved the natural beauty and the opportunity to unwind in the hot springs, I was disappointed with the cleanliness of my cabin and the overall crowded conditions. The hiking trails, especially to Sol Duc Falls and Deer Lake, were truly the highlight of my visit.

The resort is quite remote, surrounded by beautiful nature, which made the hiking opportunities excellent but left me feeling a bit isolated from other amenities.

The restaurant offered filling food, but nothing really stood out as special. It served its purpose given the remote location but could be improved.

The hot springs were therapeutic, but the changing area felt cramped and crowded. The pools themselves were nice but could benefit from better crowd management.

I recently stayed at Sol Duc Hot Springs Resort and had a mixed experience. The location is perfect for nature lovers, offering beautiful hiking trails and relaxing hot springs. However, I found my cabin less than satisfactory due to cleanliness issues and an uncomfortable mattress. The restaurant, though, was a highlight with friendly staff and delicious food. Overall, it was a serene getaway, but certain aspects need improvement. 🌲🌊
